A hearty salad featuring our grilled 6 oz tri-tip steak, sliced and served on a bed of tossed arugula, iceberg and romaine lettuce, shredded carrots and cabbage, Monterey Jack cheese in a light balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with grape tomatoes, red onion rings and bleu cheese crumbles.
